You can pack reusable items in good condition on board. furniture, home utility items– and decoration items, clothes and textiles. The pick up service accepts home electronics under 10 years old in any condition, as well as bicycles and their parts.
We pick up the goods with two drivers in a van at the agreed time, either from the front door of the residential building (door pick up) or from inside the apartment (basic pick up). In a multi-story building (such as two-story row houses) we pick up the goods only from rooms in the entrance floor. Please note that our carriers have the ultimate right to decide whether goods are suitable for reuse.
If you live in Helsinki, Espoo or Vantaa, you can book a pick up service online. If you live elsewhere in our pick up area, please fill in the pick up form and we will contact you.
The collection fee will be charged as a card payment at the time of collection.
Door pick up 20 min. 19,90€
Pick up from the street level front door of the building on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:30.
(All kinds of residential buildings, such as detached houses, row houses, semi-detached houses, “luhti” houses, and block of flats.)
Basic pick up 30 min. 39,90€
Pick up from the entrance floor of the apartment, on weekdays from 7–17.30.
(All kinds of residential buildings. Buildings with multiple floors, such as 2-story row house, we only pick up from the rooms on the entrance floor.
Evening pick up 30 min. 64,90€
Pick up from the entrance floor of the apartment, on weekdays between 18–19.30.
Our collection area
We accept donations from Helsinki (not Suomenlinna), Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. From Kirkkonummi postal codes 02390, 02400, 02410, 02420, 02430, 02440, 02450 and 02880, Klaukkala postal code 01800, Tuusula Hyrylä postal code 04300 and Riihikallio postal code 04320, Kerava postal codes 04200, 04220, 04230 and 04260 and Söderkulla postal code 01150.
Bike collection for housing associations
Order the emptying of your building’s common sports equipment storage facilities and bike storages. It is free of charge when you have at least five bikes!
You can include bicycles and their parts in any condition in the collection. You can also donate other items from your outdoor storage: toboggans, sledges, buggies, skis, etc.
- It is the responsibility of the building society to take the goods to the agreed pick up point out of the storage room or basement, and to secure a bicycle recycling permit from the residents.
- The car is available Mon-Fri from 7-17.30.
- Order a pick up car using the pick up form or by phone on 050 501 4858 at least two weeks before the desired time.
Collection of small household items for housing associations
Organise a joint collection day for small household items!
The collection can be made up of good, reusable small household items: clothes, shoes, accessories, kitchenware, sports, hobbies and camping equipment, books, records, etc. We accept small home electronics in good condition.
The collection truck will arrive at the agreed time and be at the location for half an hour. You can book a car from Mon-Fri 7-17.30. Residents bring their own items to the collection truck.
The pick up of small items for housing associations is subject to a fee (64,90 €).
Collection for businesses
We accept clean and usable goods from companies, including single items.
- Price 99 € + VAT (the price includes an office fee of 4,90 €)
- The goods are collected from the company’s entrance floor.
- Pick up time is reserved to 45 minutes.
Tell us about the goods and materials available in your company on the form that opens from the link and if you are interested in a pick up service, please indicate this on the form.

Cancellation of reservation
If you need to cancel your pick up, please do so at least two (2) working days before the pick up date by 4 pm. Cancellations made after this date and time will be charged an office fee of 4,90 €. To cancel, email noutopyynto@kierratyskeskus.fi or call 050 501 4858. Do not cancel by text message, they will not reach us.
