Kierrätyskeskus in the city centre

Kierrätyskeskus Kaisaniemi is an urban, modern recycling centre. Secondhand goods are on display in all their beauty, inspiring people to dive into the inspiring world of reuse.

Located in the heart of the city, next to the University of Helsinki metro station, the store is an ideal everyday companion for everyone who lives, studies, works and lives in the city centre.

Donate items to Kaisaniemi

You can donate to Kaisaniemi usable, intact and clean clothes, carpets, household items, hobby equipment, children’s equipments, books, music records, shoes, textiles, and materials suitable for crafts. We also accept small electrical and electronic equipments and bicycles in any condition, bicycles one at a time due to limited storage space.

Please note that the Kaisaniemi store does not include furnitures. Unfortunately, the shop also does not accept donations of furnitures.

Due to limited storage space in the Kaisaniemi store, we welcome donations of a reasonable size, packed in boxes/bags that can be left in the store.

In addition to a wide range of clothing, Kierrätyskeskus Kaisaniemi has beautiful dishes for collectors, shelf after shelf of records for hobbyists and a Näprä section for eco-crafters.
